抽脂手术后4至6周内，患者需要穿戴紧身弹力衣。这允许皮肤收缩，从而导致最佳的美学效果。医生会缝合用于吸脂的小口，并且在术后1周取出缝合线。抽脂手术后可能会出现一些瘀伤，一般在7至10天后会消退。

The small ports that are used for liposuction are sutured, and the sutures are removed about 2 weeks after the procedure. Some bruising is to be expected, which will resolve after 2 to 3 weeks.
